Lead capital project delivery as a Manager at Sooke School District. This position focuses on construction contract administration, budget management, and strategic partnerships.
In this essential role under the Director of Facilities, you will be responsible for all aspects of capital project construction. Engage with school administrators and municipal staff to ensure efficient execution and compliance with regulations. A strong background in project management and understanding of construction processes is key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full lifecycle of capital projects
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Oversee budgets, contracts, and project schedules
• Ensure adherence to BC Building regulations
• Foster community relationships through effective communication
Requirements:
• University degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum five years of related experience in project management
