Capital Projects Construction Lead

Location: Brockville Lubricants Plant Reports To: Plant Engineer & Maintenance Manager

Purpose

The Capital Projects Construction Lead is accountable for the safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution of capital project construction activities from project development through commissioning and handover. The role provides onsite leadership for contractors, construction planning, field execution, and stakeholder coordination to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with company standards.

The successful candidate will champion Goal Zero, drive construction excellence, and ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational readiness throughout project execution. This role serves as the critical interface between engineering, operations, maintenance, contractors, and project controls.
