**What You'll Be Doing**
**Job Scope:** The Project Engineer is a key resource supporting capital projects, facility improvements, and operational initiatives within a food-grade powder blending facility. This role coordinates engineering activities and manages projects from concept through startup to improve safety, product quality, reliability, and production efficiency.
**Primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to:**
+ Manage capital projects, facility improvements, and process optimization initiatives from concept through startup and closeout.
+ Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure successful project execution.
+ Coordinate with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, EHS, and external contractors to achieve project objectives.
+ Oversee equipment installations, process modifications, and facility upgrades while minimizing disruptions to production.
