CBDI is looking for a Loans Processor (HDMF) based in Capas, Tarlac. You will review and evaluate documents from buyers to ensure proper documentation for loan approval and signing.

Your responsibilities include conducting orientations for new buyers, reviewing accounts for Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF) endorsement, and assisting buyers with their loan document requirements.

A Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience in the property development industry are required.
