Role Overview

We are looking for an entry-level Capacity and Process Analyst to support daily workforce and capacity tracking, operational reporting, forecasting, and process documentation. What You’ll Do

In this role, you will help drive day‑to‑day operational efficiency by collecting, validating, analyzing, and reporting capacity and workforce data.
