Position Responsibilities
Leader Development
- Conduct leader onboarding programs to support the expansion and recruitment initiatives of the distribution partners.
- Conduct follow-up capability development programs to new leaders
Advisor Development
- Conduct advisor onboarding, product knowledge, sales training and other development programs.
Program Delivery
- Implement and manage a range of learning programs and initiatives.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality training sessions, workshops, and development programs.
Assessment And Evaluation
- Implement metrics and evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of learning programs.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously improve
Required Qualifications
- University degree holder
- With 5 years training experience, preferably in life insurance
