Capability Coach

Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic, field-based Capability Coach to join the Hungry Lion team in Zambia.

In this role, you will serve as the primary Learning and Development resource for our stores and regional operations.

The successful candidate will work closely with Regional Operations Managers to drive performance, facilitate impactful training, and ensure sustained behavior change.

Key Responsibilities Audits & Assessments: Perform monthly Store Certification Audits and conduct comprehensive gap assessments to identify operational or leadership deficiencies.

Training Delivery: Facilitate Manager Train-the-Trainer (TTT) and New Country training sessions via virtual or in-person platforms.
