Canteen Assistant

Dromoland Castle Resort, is recruiting for Full Time Canteen Assistant. The successful candidate will be a proactive and ability to work on their own initiative and within a team setting. The role is working Monday to Sunday 5 over 7 days. Shifts vary and flexibility is required due to the nature of our business.

Overview of the Role:  

• Maintain high levels of cleanliness in the canteen, ensuring that SOP's are fully implemented.
• Maintain and Monitor restock food, drinks, and supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.
• Assist in handling deliveries and storing stock correctly.
• Prepare and issue daily menus for canteen kitchen.
• Empty bins and ensure proper waste disposal, including recycling.
• Support food preparation and presentation ensuring that adequate standards are available at all required meal times.
