Job Description
- Leverage data-driven insights by analyzing sourcing and conversion data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts, optimize strategies, and enhance the overall candidate experience.
- Conduct intake meetings with Hiring Managers in collaboration with Talent Acquisition Partners to align on role requirements, ensuring a structured and efficient hiring process.
- Identify, attract, and engage top talent across all candidate sources-including internal mobility, employee referrals, direct applicants, and externally sourced talent-using innovative sourcing methods and advanced techniques like Boolean searches.
- Manage the entire candidate journey from application to shortlisting, ensuring a seamless process by screening and selecting suitable applicants before presenting a refined shortlist to Hiring Managers.
