Our Canadian Mechanical Lead will be responsible for mentoring, managing and ensuring the safety of our on-site and travelling locomotive mechanics across Alberta and Saskatchewan as well as managing our 3rd party contractors. This role will effectively manage our assets and drive high reliability through scheduled preventative maintenance, proactive repairs to drive and establishing timely and consistent procurement partners.
