In this role, you'll oversee true compliance with Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations. This is a mid-level position ideal for candidates with 2–5 years of experience in trade compliance or cross-border logistics. Your focus will be on customs classification, shipment documentation, and collaboration with various teams to enhance cross-border operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with CBSA and CBP regulations
• Classify products using HS/HTS codes
• Prepare and validate Canada-US shipping documentation
• Manage compliance with CUSMA/USMCA requirements
• Resolve border delays and customs disputes
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Supply Chain or Logistics
• 2-5 years’ trade compliance experience
