Contract Management (Cradle-to-Grave) – Lead and oversee the full contract lifecycle across all Canadian provinces, including intake, assessment, and contract strategy development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting, redlining, and negotiation of contracts.
  • Risk identification, mitigation, and escalation.
  • Alignment with legal, compliance, and business stakeholders.
  • Contract execution, documentation, and record management.
  • Post‑award administration, amendments, renewals, and closeout.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with applicable provincial laws, regulations, and internal policies.
