(CAN) Stocking 3 Team Lead

Position Summary

Assists in the leadership of the overnight stocking teams and department processes, responds to problems and inquiries, and develops associates through teaching and training. Plans and executes department activities based on workload and operational functions and assists on the salesfloor as required.

What you’ll do

1. Assists in providing direction and the co‑ordination of task completion as per communicated priorities from the General Merchandise Coach and the Store Management Team.
2. Assesses the overall presentation of store departments and appearance, noting deficiencies for corrective action and executing merchandising display changes where required.
3. Ensures strong communication with associates, leads the daily Team Huddle at the start of each shift and provides the team with updates, sets goals, and tracks productivity.
