KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support daily Quality activities for the Wellbeing category in Canada, ensuring products comply with quality standards and local regulations.
  • Interface routinely with Operation Companies, Collaborative manufacturers, logistics teams, and internal stakeholders to maintain operational quality control.
  • Implement and maintain post-launch monitoring processes to proactively identify potential product quality issues and escalate critical cases appropriately.
  • Monitor, record, and trend consumer complaints related to Wellbeing products in the Canadian market.
  • Evaluate complaint data for severity, recurrence, and potential quality or safety signals.
