What you'll do...

  1. Assists leadership with associate recruitment, hiring, staffing, development, succession planning, scheduling, attendance, and performance needs by identifying and analyzing HR related issues; and providing guidance on the execution of company HR programs and initiatives.
  2. Develops, communicates, and implements HR practices and action plans to meet business needs by collaborating with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other business partners; analyzing and applying data from multiple resources to ensure accuracy; monitoring strategy progress and results; and identifying and addressing process improvement opportunities.
