(CAN) Overnight Remodel Associate

Position Summary: An overnight remodel associate works with the Overnight Remodel Manager to establish standards in newly renovated departments. They complete modulars, ensure high‑ticket merchandise is secured, maintain clearance zones, unload and load fixtures onto trucks, build counters according to the print, and merchandise newly set departments.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure high‑ticket merchandise is properly secured in a designated location.
2. Set mods by printing mod sheets/labels, cleaning counters, installing ESL (where required), installing DSM, and linking mods to DSM labels (where required).
3. Stock a variety of departments including General Merchandise, Fashion, Consumables, Grocery, Dairy/Frozen, and Fresh Departments.
4. Follow guidelines for cold chain compliance to ensure quality assurance.
5. Assist in shrink prevention by scanning all damaged and stolen merchandise in a timely manner.
