Position Summary

Over-the-Counter Associate assists customers, properly zones assigned area, performs tasks delegated by the OTC Department Manager or Pharmacy Manager, and maintains modular and feature presentation, while maintaining exemplary customer service by adhering to Walmart's Basic Beliefs and values.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow all practices consistent with the Privacy Act.
• Maximize department sales and profit under direction from the Pharmacy Manager.
• Rotate stock and check for expired products.
• Zone the department.
• Follow proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, and signing/flagging/pricing/labels.
