What you’ll do…

• Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Assisting in providing direction and the coordination of task completion as per communicated priorities from the General Merchandise and Fashion Assistant Manager and the Store Management Team.
• Assessing the overall presentation of the General Merchandise and Fashion Departments, noting deficiencies for corrective action and executing merchandising display changes where required.
• Delegating, assisting and following up on the completion of daily Customer Availability Process tasks.
• Supporting with scheduling as needed.
