Responsibilities
- As a member of the Store Management Team, drive profitable sales through achievement of sales and profit goals, budget management and sales forecasts. Proactively analyze and utilize sales/financial reports, economic trends and community needs to identify and respond to market changes while controlling expenditures. Communicate sales results to associates and guide their interpretation of results.
- Create, with the rest of the Management Team, operational plans; prioritize, delegate and provide clear direction to Managers and Associates. Ensure optimal store conditions through effective merchandise presentation, accurate and competitive pricing and store standards within Company policies and guidelines. Implement new store programs according to Company direction, while evaluating effectiveness to achieve successful results related to the specific area of responsibility.
