About the Role

This position provides key operational support and customer service for daily functions across the physical and digital operations of the bookstore. Our Campus Store Associates are expected to be engaged, connected, and adaptable as they assist students, faculty, staff, and the general public with their needs, whether those needs are related to textbook information, general retail purchases, or online order fulfillment. Associates are responsible for delivering friendly, knowledgeable, and exceptional service in all actions and interactions, which could range from processing transactions on the tills and providing customer assistance on the sales floor (including the textbook information desk and apparel section) to fulfilling and packaging online orders, assisting with receiving shipments, and stocking merchandise in the backroom.
