Job Description

The Campus Minister is expected to:

1. Serve as co‑facilitator of Grade 11 Retreats by:
   • Designing, facilitating, and evaluating the retreat’s module content
   • Coordinating with the Grade 11 Retreat Team (the Grade Level Moderators, the Grade Level Guidance Counselor, and the Class Parent Representatives)
   • Providing the proper orientation for the Grade 11 Retreat Team
   • Facilitating the Retreat Team’s evaluation after the Retreat
   • Preparing the Grade 11 Retreat materials, including audio‑video equipment and soft files
   • Facilitating the Pre‑Retreat Reflection Period
   • Preparing and practicing the students (sharers, commentators, readers, etc.) for the Retreat Mass
   • Coordinating the students’ post‑retreat evaluation
   • Handling requests for and liquidation of Grade 11 Retreat funds
