Overview

The Campus Coordinator serves as the front-facing ambassador of Fueling Brains Academy—ensuring a seamless experience for families, staff, and visitors from the moment they walk through our doors. This individual will be the central point of coordination across all campus systems, ensuring that administrative, communication, and operational functions are executed with efficiency, accuracy, and care.

A strong communicator and detail-oriented professional, the Campus Coordinator creates a welcoming, organized, and responsive environment , supporting the Center Director in the day-to-day management of campus operations. They help ensure that families feel informed and supported, staff are equipped to do their best work, and every system—from scheduling to billing—runs smoothly in the background.
