Job Responsibilities

• Build and manage campaign system for Arcade users including acquisition, engagement, retention, monetization and reactivation
• Design campaign mechanics, reward structures and incentive programs to drive ARPU and engagement
• Develop long-term campaign roadmap and execute large-scale user operations
• Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize operational strategies
• Coordinate with product, tech and growth teams to ensure efficient execution
