Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across email, SMS, mobile, in-app, and web
- Own campaign delivery end-to-end, from briefing to analysis
- Build lifecycle-based campaigns that drive engagement and conversion
- Use data to inform targeting, messaging, and timing decisions
- Lead A/B testing and continuously improve campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on delivery and strategy
Core Competencies
- 2–5 years’ SEO experience (agency preferred)
- Proven success improving rankings and traffic
- Strong knowledge of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO
- Experience with GSC, GA4, and reporting tools
- Familiar with CMS platforms and basic HTML
- Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills
