Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across email, SMS, mobile, in-app, and web
  • Own campaign delivery end-to-end, from briefing to analysis
  • Build lifecycle-based campaigns that drive engagement and conversion
  • Use data to inform targeting, messaging, and timing decisions
  • Lead A/B testing and continuously improve campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on delivery and strategy

Core Competencies

  • 2–5 years’ SEO experience (agency preferred)
  • Proven success improving rankings and traffic
  • Strong knowledge of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO
  • Experience with GSC, GA4, and reporting tools
  • Familiar with CMS platforms and basic HTML
  • Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills
