Job Description
The Role:
As a Campaign Designer, youll craft end-to-end lifecycle communications that inform, engage, and convert from copy to layout across email, push, and in-app channels. You'll bring campaign briefs to life with on-brand, action-driven messages that strengthen user trust and engagement.
Core Responsibilities
- Write, design, and assemble lifecycle campaign assets (email, push, in-app).
- Create visually appealing, mobile-first templates using established brand components.
- Craft simple, action-oriented copy aligned with campaign goals and tone.
- Implement and test templates using marketing automation tools (Klaviyo, CleverTap, MoEngage, or similar ESPs).
- Conduct meticulous quality checks for links, personalization, and rendering.
- Maintain a shared library of reusable templates and design components.
- Collaborate with the Campaign Analyst on segmentation, targeting, and logic.
