Camp Boss / Accommodation Manager (NCC Group)

National Catering Company (NCC) is urgently seeking an experienced Camp Boss to manage our large-scale industrial worker accommodations in the Western Region. You will ensure the safety, hygiene, and daily operational efficiency of the camp.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing labor camps of 1,000+ residents in the UAE or GCC.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Urdu to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce.
• Strong understanding of UAE labor housing laws, fire safety protocols, and municipality hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily room allocations, check-ins, and check-outs for incoming project workers.
• Supervise the camp maintenance team to resolve AC, plumbing, and electrical breakdowns immediately.
• Enforce strict camp disciplinary rules and coordinate with local authorities during routine inspections.
