Become an AM Lead Hand at our Cambridge warehouse, focusing on effective team leadership and dock management. This permanent, full-time position aims to boost operational efficiency.
In this role, you will oversee daily operations at the dock and coach staff to achieve performance targets. Your responsibilities include routing freight, managing appointments, and working with forklifts. A key part of your job will be ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines and training staff to ensure seamless operations during busy shifts.
