Key Responsibilities

• Write and optimize programs for CNC machines to perform precise tasks such as cutting, milling, and drilling according to Engineering specifications.
• Can read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings to translate them into executable CNC programs.
• Select appropriate tools, machines, and materials for each job, ensuring that teh right equipment is used for optimal results.
• Test programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure efficiency and quality of the manufactured parts.
• Work closely with engineers and machinists to evaluate project requirements and resolve issues related to machine set up and program performance.
• Maintain records and documentation for machine specifications and programming notes, ensuring compliance with safety rules and regulations.
• Proficient in CAD / CAM software and a solid understanding of CNC programming and operations.
