The CAM Operator will handle the complete workflow of 3D printing using CPX Wax printers, LCD/DLP resin printers, and related post-processing equipment. Responsibilities include slicing, file preparation, machine setup, monitoring prints, troubleshooting errors, performing routine maintenance, quality inspection, and ensuring consistent output. The operator will maintain documentation, follow safety guidelines, and contribute to process improvements within the production environment.
Roles Responsibilities (RR)
Perform slicing using software such as Chitubox, Asiga Composer, Formware, or printer-specific tools.
Optimize support structures, layer thickness, and print orientation for best results.
Check models for errors and fix mesh or geometry issues.
