We are currently seeking a Calypso Technical SME to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience 
Experience: 3-8 years
• Proven strong experience in Calypso application support
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting complex issues within Calypso and related environments.
• Strong experience supporting a diverse range of financial products, including IR and CR Derivatives, TRS, Equities, Fixed Income, FX products.
• Strong understanding of incident management processes, familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., GLPI, ServiceNow, Remedy, JIRA) and the ability to resolve complex technical issues under pressure.
