outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and promoting the company's
products/services.

Key
Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Explain products and services to customers.

Maintain call records and update CRM systems.

Handle inbound queries and resolve customer issues
efficiently.

Follow-up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team leader
or manager.
