Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ferokh for a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will engage with potential clients via phone calls, understand their needs and preferences, and recommend suitable courses. The individual will be responsible for answering inquiries, providing client support, and guiding them maintaining excellent customer relations, tracking leads, and achieving sales targets effectively.
