Call Sales Agent

We are hiring motivated call sales agents to handle USA-based customers for outbound/inbound sales campaigns. This role requires excellent English communication skills and a sales-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to US customers

Handle inbound sales inquiries professionally

Pitch products/services confidently

Close sales and meet daily/monthly targets

Maintain accurate call and customer records

Follow up with interested prospects

Requirements

Fluent English (US accent preferred)

Strong communication & persuasion skills

Prior experience with USA campaigns is a plus

Ability to work night shifts consistently

Basic computer & CRM knowledge

Goal-oriented and self-motivated
