We're Hiring: Call Centre Agent (Night Shift – US Campaign)
Vertical Edge is looking for confident communicators to join our outbound international calling team supporting US-based clients.
What you'll do:
• Make outbound calls to US clients
• Understand client needs and guide conversations toward suitable outcomes
• Manage follow-ups and basic performance metrics
Who can apply:
• 1–2 years' experience in call centre / BPO / outbound roles
• Strong spoken English
• Confident fresh graduates are welcome
What we offer:
• PKR 60,000–80,000 fixed salary + commission
