Project Context and Scope

Pakistan is highly vulnerable to the effects of climate change and natural and man-made hazards, including flooding, droughts, heat waves, earthquakes and pollution, which disproportionately affect the most vulnerable in society and exacerbate existing developmental challenges.

IOM is leading the multi-year Climate Resilience and Humanitarian Response (Central and Southern Pakistan) component of FCDO’s Building Resilience and Addressing Vulnerability to Emergencies (BRAVE) in Pakistan Programme, with FAO, UNICEF, ACTED, CARE and Islamic Relief as consortium partners.

To support BRAVE interventions, IOM seeks to engage a Remote Sensing & Hydrology Consultant to provide specialized analytical, modeling, and technical advisory support.
