Call Dispatch operator

Ventia are seeking a vibrant, highly engaged and experience Call Dispatcher top join our Ventia Operations Centre (VOC).

Our 24/7 centre is located in our brand-new offices in Cremorne, in the heart of Richmond, Melbourne.
 

The Ventia Operations Centre work closely with a diverse range of customers who are active participants of several front-line public services and sectors across Australia & New Zealand.
 

The role of the Dispatch Operator will be required to be available for work at our offices from Monday to Friday 7am- 3pm with occassional 11am-7pm.
