• Monitor advisor calls & provide timely feedback
• Ensure agents meet quality benchmarks
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly QA reporting
• Support audits: BAU, BI audits, compliance
• Drive team performance & escalate issues when required
• Maintain client standards & service levels
