Call Centre Operator (Bank Staff)

Daventry

£13.00 p/hour for hours worked between 07:00 – 21:00

£15.00 p/hour for hours worked between 22:00 – 06:00

Part Time – Ongoing Agency

Starting 27th July - NON-Negotiable

We are looking for an experienced customer services person who can work ad hoc shifts within a busy, 24 hour call centre in Daventry.

You will be taking calls from businesses and official bodies, expected to handle the call from start to finish, book appointments and manage a diary. There will be computers to use, lots of inbound calls and its very fast-paced working within a smaller team.

To be considered you must be living in Daventry, be able to attend shifts without any issues, have previous customer service experience, and be fully computer literate.

Training will take place week commencing 27th July so you must be able to start then.
