Introduction

ServeCo Distribution is seeking a results-driven Dialler Administrator to optimise and maintain our outbound dialler function. This role is responsible for dialler maintenance, campaign management, list segmentation, performance optimisation, reporting, and dialler optimization— ensuring best practice call centre outcomes and full compliance.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Administer outbound dialler operations and daily dialler performance
  • Configure and optimise dialler strategy: pacing, penetration, list priority, retries, wrap time alignment, and campaign rules
  • Build and manage calling lists, segmentation models, exclusions, and suppression rules
  • Monitor and improve dialler KPIs: connect rate, RPC, occupancy, talk time, conversion rates, drop/abandon rates
  • Drive list hygiene, data quality improvements, and responsible contact policies
