Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Centre Agent with experience in the insurance sector for a BPO. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, assisting with policy queries, sales, and customer retention while maintaining high service standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 1 Year experience in an insurance call centre environment
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Clear criminal record
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Computer literate (MS Office and CRM systems advantageous)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
