NOW HIRING: CALL CENTER TRAINER (WORK-FROM-HOME | FULL-TIME)

Job Description:

  • Facilitate engaging and effective training sessions for new and existing agents
  • Collaborate with co-trainers, managers, and team leaders to align training with business objectives
  • Assess training needs and design targeted training plans based on operational goals
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training materials and recommend improvements
  • Monitor trainee performance, provide timely coaching and feedback, and ensure quality standards are met
  • Maintain accurate training records and reports to track individual and program-level progress

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in training, team handling, or teaching (any field)
  • BPO industry background is an advantage
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
