**Customer Service Call Center Associate (Inbound/Outbound)**

+ **Schedule:** Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (35 hours/week)
**Position Summary**
The Customer Service Associate is an integral member of the team. Associates are responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while providing accurate information, resolving inquiries, and delivering outstanding customer service.
This role works closely with multiple departments throughout the organization and requires the ability to multitask, navigate several computer systems, and communicate professionally with consumers.
