• Handle inbound calls related to products, services, bookings, and client concerns.
• Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups, sales offers, appointment reminders, and client re-engagement.
• Present and promote beauty products and services to potential clients.
• Maintain accurate and updated client records in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Provide personalized and professional assistance to clients to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Coordinate with internal teams for booking concerns, scheduling, and service inquiries.
