Position: Customer Care Representative
Timings: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Rotational Shifts)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls as part of the Frontline HR Helpline Desk.
- Address and resolve employee queries from all over Pakistan.
- Maintain a professional and courteous communication tone in both Urdu and English.
- Ensure accurate logging, tracking, and follow-up of employee concerns.
- Provide timely support and escalate cases when required.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service, HR operations, or call center support is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and deliver quality service.
Education:
- Intermediate or bachelors
- Fresh graduates are encouraged
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Rs65,000.00 per month
