Client Services, Inc. (CSI), an established and professional call center located in Heredia, Costa Rica, is seeking career minded individuals to join our team. Candidates with call center experience are strongly encouraged to apply. In-depth training will be provided as you move into this new career. As an Account Representative, you will be representing many of the Top Banks and learn how to motivate customers to resolve outstanding debts. Other responsibilities include educating customers on available options, discussing sensitive financial situations and systematically processing customer requests.
