Key Responsibilities

+ Handle 30–40 inbound calls per shift while delivering excellent customer service

+ Schedule customer appointments for airbag recalls and provide dealership information

+ Answer questions related to recalls, warranties, and basic troubleshooting

+ Accurately document customer interactions and create service cases

+ Provide timely resolutions or escalate issues to the appropriate department

+ Navigate multiple systems and screens to support customer needs

+ Meet performance goals including call volume, handle time, and customer satisfaction
