**Qualifications**:
- Experience in outbound telemarketing and sales processes.
- Strong analytical and QA skills.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1+) with mínimal accent.
- Scriptwriting and optimization expertise.
- Familiarity with conversational AI/voice bot tech (preferred).
- On-site availability at least three days weekly.
