Call Center Agent

Role Overview:
Contact warm and cold leads, qualify clients, understand their needs, and schedule high-quality appointments for a field sales representative.

Mandatory Requirements:

· Very high level of fluent English, both spoken and written

· Previous experience in appointment setting is mandatory

· Preference will be given to candidates with previous sales experience

· Clear communication and ability to lead goal-oriented conversations

· High work ethic, personal responsibility, and ability to meet targets

· High level of trust and integrity

· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

· Ability to work with multiple systems at the same time, such as CRM and calendar

· Basic knowledge of the High-level system is required.
