We at Coforge are hiring Call Center Agents who can provide inbound Customer Support for Banking & Financial Service Products.

  • This is an onsite role based in Mexico City. We are looking for agents who can start as soon as possible.
  • The monthly pay rate is MXN $15,000, along with benefits such as vacation days, food coupons, performance bonuses, and more. Candidates should be available to work a 10-hour shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound voice calls with professionalism & empathy.
  • Support customers with Credit Cards (including lost/stolen reports, Checking & Savings Accounts, Debit Cards, Online & Mobile Banking, Bill Pay & Mobile Deposits, Loans & Mortgages & Other voice-related tasks as assigned.
  • Inform customers of account status and process maintenance requests (e.g., payments & balance transfers).
  • Assist with escalations and ensure timely resolution.
