We are looking for detail-oriented and customer-focused Non-Voice Customer Service Representatives to handle E-commerce and Travel accounts. The role focuses on providing excellent customer support through chat, email, and ticketing systems—no voice calls required.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer concerns related to e-commerce orders, financial transactions, and travel bookings
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions
- Follow company policies and account-specific guidelines
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and quality standards
Qualifications:
- At least HS/SHS graduate (college level preferred)
- Good written English communication skills
