We are looking for detail-oriented and customer-focused Non-Voice Customer Service Representatives to handle E-commerce and Travel accounts. The role focuses on providing excellent customer support through chat, email, and ticketing systems—no voice calls required.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer concerns related to e-commerce orders, financial transactions, and travel bookings
  • Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions
  • Follow company policies and account-specific guidelines
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and quality standards

Qualifications:

  • At least HS/SHS graduate (college level preferred)
  • Good written English communication skills
  • Basic computer and typing skills
